A traction lift without a machine room, which saves on construction cost. It can be installed with a 100 mm pit below floor level or with no pit at all, in a through-car or a portal arrangement. It runs from an ordinary 220 V domestic supply, with VVVF drive, automatic doors and an uninterruptible power supply. Travel height up to 15 m, up to four floors.

A stair lift for homes, guest houses and public buildings – in a curved and a straight version. Rack-and-pinion drive and battery operation, so it works during a power cut as well. Thanks to the swivelling, folding seat and footrest the staircase stays free to walk on.
