Passenger lift
Small goods lift / dumbwaiter
A small goods and food lift for moving material between the kitchen, the restaurant, the hotel floors and the surgery. Available in table-top and floor-level versions, with a stainless steel or powder-coated car and manual or automatic doors. Compact, self-supporting structure with a small footprint.
Stair lift
A stair lift for homes, guest houses and public buildings – in a curved and a straight version. Rack-and-pinion drive and battery operation, so it works during a power cut as well. Thanks to the swivelling, folding seat and footrest the staircase stays free to walk on.

ES4CE was founded in 2019 by experienced mechanical and electrical engineers, with the aim of building custom machines and complete automated manufacturing solutions for the automotive and processing industries — from a single source, from concept to commissioning.
At our site in Bodajk we design and assemble welding tool systems, robot cells, assembly stations and complete production lines in an expandable production hall of around 300 m². Our team is made up of project engineers, CAD and electrical designers, robot programmers and assembly technicians.
Mechanical and electrical design, PLC and robot programming, on-site installation, maintenance and engineering consultancy are all done in house — so a single, accountable partner stands behind every phase of the project.
28 years of machine building experience — from Hammerstein to ES4CE.
Before 2019 our founders built up and ran a standalone equipment manufacturing plant inside a large corporation. That background is the professional foundation of ES4CE.
Hammerstein Bt.
Manufacturing support in the engineering department, then maintenance, on-site equipment modification, equipment design and manufacturing, and finally setting up a machining department.
Johnson Controls
Separate equipment manufacturing in a new hall section, maintenance, production for Europe (Romania, Poland).
Adient Hungary Kft.
An equipment plant fully separate from production; manufacturing for the USA, Mexico, China and South Africa.

Equipment manufacturing and spare-part supply; from 2020 engineering consultancy, project management and machine installation abroad, then plant energy supply, pneumatic servicing and lift integration.

Which industries do you serve?
Primarily the automotive and processing industries — at supplier-grade quality. Our custom machines and production lines hold up in large corporate environments too.
Do you only manufacture, or do you design as well?
We keep the whole process in one pair of hands: concept, mechanical and electrical design (CAD, E-plan), PLC and robot programming, manufacturing, then on-site installation.
Do you also install on site abroad?
Yes. We handle both in-plant machine relocation and cross-border installation, together with the design of the energy supply.
Which robot and control brands do you work with?
Robots: ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Kuka. PLC: Siemens S7 / TIA Portal and Omron. CAD: SolidWorks, AutoCAD Inventor; electrical design: E-plan.
Do you provide maintenance and consultancy for the machines you build?
Yes — scheduled and corrective maintenance, pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical servicing, plus mechanical and process optimisation consultancy.
