Passenger lift
Passenger lift
A traction lift in a machine-room-less version, for homes and public buildings: the drive sits on a frame fixed to the guide rail, so it puts no load on the structure of the building. It can be installed without a pit and runs from a 220 V domestic supply.
The lift is built as a traction lift and needs no machine room - which saves construction cost as early as the design stage.
It can be installed with a 100 mm deep pit below floor level or with no pit at all; the pitless version needs a 100 mm ramp.
Both a through-car (walk-through) and a portal arrangement are possible, to suit the structure of the building and the required door openings. Every unit is individually engineered.

03Drive and control
- Drive base frameA dedicated frame fixes the gearbox to the guide rail, so the building carries no load at all.
- VVVF drive technologyMicrocomputer control designed for home lifts: smooth starting, even travel and comfortable stopping.
- Power supplyAn ordinary 220 V single-phase domestic supply is sufficient, so there is no need for an industrial connection. A 380 V version is also available.
- Automatic door operationVariable-frequency (inverter) operation: energy-efficient, safe and reliable.
- Uninterruptible power supply (UPS)In a power cut it takes the car to the nearest floor and opens the door, so the passengers inside can get out.
04Shaft frame and installation
- Steel shaft frameIn black and silver.
- Aluminium alloy shaft frameIn several colours, with a self-supporting frame-and-glass construction.
- PitA 100 mm deep pit below floor level, or a pitless installation with a 100 mm ramp.
- Lift arrangementThrough-car (walk-through) or portal structure, to suit the building and the required door openings.
- Travel heightUp to 15 metres, that is four floors.
